Let us introduce you to a few of our most valuable assets, our people.

 

Tanya Shell

Vice President – Finance

Tanya Shell joined the French team in November 2012 and worked closely with our former CFO, Denny Bratton, on the overall treasury and accounting functions of the company. Along with other top management, this team’s main objective is to achieve the company’s desired financial results through creating and analyzing financial forecasts and reporting, and to insure that all finance and accounting data processing functions are properly executed in a cost effective way.

Tanya previously worked as a Controller for Endolite in Miamisburg, OH, managing their entire accounting functions. Prior to that, Shell gained experience in various financial positions at A.O. Smith Electrical Products Company and Beta LaserMike, Inc.

Her education includes a MBA from the University of Dayton and a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University. Shell is registered as a Certified Public Accountant and a Notary Public in the state of Ohio. She is currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant accreditation.

 

Dennis Ashurst

Aftermarket Sales and Service Representative

Dennis Ashurst recently transitioned to our Aftermarket Sales and Service Group, supporting French and TMP customers with parts and service of our hydraulic presses and rubber mixers. He is responsible for processing and filling customer orders for repair parts and for managing and scheduling all field service and calibration activity for hydraulic press and rubber mixer customers.

Denny joined French in June 2010 as a Project Manager for TMP hydraulic press orders and was heavily involved in transitioning TMP’s manufacturing into our Piqua facility.

With over 40 years of design, engineering and robotics experience from various manufacturing companies including French, Honda and United Grinding Technologies, Denny supplies our customers with accurate service and repair solutions, giving them optimal performance from their machines.

Denny earned an Associates Degree from ITT Technical Institute and has an Executive Certificate in Integrated Supply Chain Management from Wright State University.
