Our experienced team can mill and drill your parts on our CNC bridge mill, our horizontal machining center and our vertical turning lathe, with the same quality processes and competitive cost structure we use in our own manufacturing process.

Our five face bridge milling center with 4 position rotary head has a 197” X-axis travel, a 126” Y-axis travel and a 47” Z-axis travel.  The bridge mill has a table load capacity of 44,000 pounds.

Our CNC horizontal machining center features dual pallets with a 34” X-axis, a 32” Y-axis and a 37” Z-axis travel.  The machining center features a high speed machining controller and a full fourth axis 360-degree programmable rotary table.

Our live tool vertical turning lathe features a 79” swing, a 71” turning diameter and a 51” turning height. The lathe has a table load capacity of 11,000 pounds and a fourth axis enabling milling and drilling.
